Return policy

Every day Forex market is different and CharmForex.com team is trying to provide periodically updates for its customers. CharmForex.com and CharmSolutions LTD aims are to sell best automatic Forex trading software. But sometimes the Forex market is very unpredictable and some losses are unavoidable. At worst case of Forex market movements, CharmForex.com and CharmSolutions LTD guarantees to their clients maximal drawdown value at 30% for the first year (first 365 days from date of purchase). If maximal drawdown exceeds 30%, the clients are obligated to request for refund during 15 day return period (from the 365th day after purchased date). Unfortunately, after the 15 day return period CharmForex.com and CharmSolutions LTD cannot accept client request for refund. The clients are obligated to send us e-mail within this 15 day return period including their account and product information (username, e-mail, serial number and activation code) and the way you would like to receive funds. CharmForex.com will investigate each client separately and will cash him/her as soon as possible.

CharmForex.com and CharmSolutions LTD accepts client requests for refund only when:

• The client has made initial deposit to its broker at least recommended amount.
• The client has not depositing or withdrawing any amounts from its account within first one year except initial one deposit.

CharmForex.com and CharmSolutions LTD refused requests for refund if:

• The client software has been stopped more than 3% of Forex trading time¹.
• The client has been trying to crack/hack the software.
• The client has not been up to date with CharmForex.com software².
• The client has used the software with different options from defaults.
• The client request for refund contains incorrect combination of username, e-mail, serial number, activation code.

¹Downloaded and installed software will periodically request CharmForex.com to validate for genuine client's copy of software. Every request will be recorded, so CharmForex.com and CharmSolutions LTD will know if you stop the software. This request will not be used to collect personal information.

²Clients will receive messages (through integrated notification system in Expert Advisors and indicators) for new versions. Also the clients will receive e-mails when new versions are available. Please leave blank I do not agree to receive marketing information to activate mail notification service.

The clients are obligated to visit our site periodically to check for updates. CharmForex.com and CharmSolutions LTD are not responsible to send update information to clients.
